I am happy to do a MAC purple lipstick swatch post! Lately I have been addicted to purple lipsticks and MAC has done the most gorgeous purples ever!! I have a total of 11 purple lipsticks and Prince Noir from MAC Make Me Over will be coming home with me when I purchase it next month. My very first purple lipstick is Fashion Mews from Hello Kitty. When I first got it, I have not touched it until now. It is gorgeous when swatched. I cannot believe that I have not tried it on my lips and will one of these days. Whenever MAC has a purple lipstick in a collection, I most likely go after it no matter the finish. Here are pics and swatches below:
Play Time: This is my favorite purple lipstick from Quite Cute! I love pairing this lipstick with Candy Yum Yum and it is gorgeous together! I have ordered a backup of this lipstick when it was back in stock online.
Style Curve: Gorgeous color! I have not yet tried it on my lips and will find a good lip liner for this lipstick. I remember this lipstick sold out fast in stores and I right away ordered it with 2nd Day Shipping because I had to have it.
Violetta: My first PRO lipstick. I loved it so much when I first got it and I love how it's an intense color. I still need to order Funtabulous d/g to pair it up with this lipsick again. Super gorgeous!
Bust Out!: At first, I thought about skipping this lipstick but then since purples got to me, I had to get it. I really love this lipstick. Will have to break it out again soon.
Lavender Whip: I have finally swatched this lipstick! I've had this lipstick for a year and I was scared to swatch it because it looked so pretty in the tube. This lipstick is a HTF item. If MAC ever repromotes this lipsick, this will create a hype for sure.
Blooming Lovely: This color is pretty! I have tried it on my lips with Petals and Peacocks and it's pretty together! I will need to use this lipstick again one of these days.
Bubblegum: You can see that I have used this lipstick a lot and I adore this color! I have a backup of this lipstick and will cherish it for life.
Courting Lilac: Pretty color! Love that it has gold flecks and I'm a sucker for them. I have tried this with Gone Romancin' Dazzleglass Creme and they are gorgeous together.
Go For It: Pretty color! I knew I had to have this lipstick from In The Groove last year. I have yet to find the perfect lipglass to pair it up with this lipstick.
Quite Cute: I love this liptick no matter what. It's a unique shade that I don't own in my stash and glad that I own this lipstick. I will most likely use this lipstick for layering.
Fashion Mews: I have to describe this color as a gorgeous lavender lipstick! This lipstick is really hard to find like Lavender Whip and I do wish that MAC would bring this lipstick back to repromote it for those who missed out on it.
